Design: Total RNA was collected from pools of 0-2 hour old embryos. 18 to 30 nt Small RNAs were extracted from 15% acrylamide. Library was constructed,without oxidation, according to standard protocols. Adapters were trimmed prior to submission. Technical replicates are libraries constructed with different barcodes from the same sample.
